Some Challah ideas, in no particular order:

• peanut butter and jelly challah (veins of jelly injected into PB challah??)
• Everything challah (like an everything bagel, only better!)
• peppermint challah (might have to be a dessert?)
• thin mint challah (chocolate-peppermint)
• caramelized onion challah
• garlic challah
• carrot challah (carrot cake meets challah?  cream cheese icing?)
• Sun-dried tomato and basil
• Cornbread Challah (great with chili, hopefully…)
• soy-ginger challah
• spinach challah
• veggie challah (a mixture of roasted veggies baked in?)
• cheese challah (like a stuffed crust pizza???)
• ???
